It is one of the first laboratories to receive accreditation from the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) for DNA parentage testing, and is the first to offer a written guarantee that the accuracy of these tests is greater than 99.9%. In other words, the exclusion or inclusion of a parent's DNA to that of a child results in a probability factor of 99.999999% or 1 in 10 billion. In addition to this cutting edge technology, results are generally available within 3 days. Atlantic DNA has a network of sites throughout the US along with overseas access. Upon receipt of your information we are able to schedule an appointment at a collection facility near you with trained professionals at a time of your convenience. Atlantic DNA is affordable. Atlantic DNA offers both a Professional Collection, which is processed from start to finish by Atlantic representatives and is legally admissible in court, or a Personal Collection Kit that is forwarded on to the consumer for personal collection and the samples are then mailed to the lab for testing.
