  TESI Team Qualifications
The TESI staff collectively has over one hundred thirty-three years of direct staffing industry related experience.  Staff work experience previous to TESI employment includes, project management, business ownership, office management, sales and marketing, insurance-related positions, banking support positions, administrative assistant, bookkeeping, computer instruction, training, and rental property management .

TESI is a member of the National Association of Staffing Professionals (NCASP) and adheres to its Policies and Standards of Ethical Practice in all areas of business. 

TESI offers its clients the services of expert placement specialists who have achieved national recognition by being awarded the Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) designation. This certification process requires a minimum of two years of staffing related experience and the successful completion of an extensive examination on general employment law, Equal Employment Opportunity Law, and ethical business standards and practices. 

Currently, TESI has four staff members who have received this CTS designation.  TESI requires that in order to be promoted to the position of Branch Manager, a staffing specialist must achieve the status of CTS.
